The Wizard’s Wardrobe is a safe, imaginative place where students can become stronger readers, confident writers, and creative problem-solvers.
Students experience the magic of reading, and engage in interactive activities to build vocabulary, reading fluency, and comprehension.
Students apply their skills to become problem-solvers, innovators, and creators as they work on monthly STEM challenges.
Students create stories and act them out in skits during Imagination Celebrations that bring family and community members, students, and tutors together celebrate the magic of reading.
Families see their children grow as readers and writers, and problem-solvers, and celebrate their child’s successes.
Tutors are trained, dedicated, and committed to planning engaging activities and choosing inspiring and engaging books to guide every child in becoming a proficient reader.
Tutors and students build a supportive and active learning relationship to build self-esteem and support every child in their ability to achieve whatever they aspire to.
Staff, tutors, volunteers, parents/guardians, and our school and community partners work together to give our students the literacy skills they need to be successful in school, in their community and in life.
